Havana Dock, located on the Illinois River in Havana, Illinois, is owned by an affiliate of Dynegy, Inc. and operated by an affiliate of SCH Services. SCH originally purchased the facility from ComEd in 1999 and sold the facility to Dynegy in 2001 while simultaneously entering into a long-term operating agreement at the facility.
