Mike joined the company in 2010 and is responsible for its business development activities. In this capacity, Mike leads the company's efforts in property and asset acquisition, financial analysis of new opportunities, and business structuring. Prior to joining the company, he worked as an investment professional with a multi-family real estate investment company where he was responsible for an $11 million investment in San Antonio, Texas and for sourcing and underwriting new investment opportunities. He has also held positions as an equity research analyst and as an investment management portfolio manager responsible for a portfolio in excess of $100 million. Mike holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in finance from the University of Florida and a Master's of Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Mike is also a CFA Charterholder and member of the CFA Society of Nashville.
