Ashley has served Southern Coal Handling in a number of functions throughout her eight year tenure with the company, including the management of accounts receivable and payable, financial reporting, payroll and information technology systems. In her current position, she designs and implements all of the company’s human resources strategies and policies, administers the employee benefit programs and manages labor union relationships. She also directs the risk management policies and designs insurance coverage plans for the organization. Prior to joining the SCH team, Ashley worked for a regional financial institution in the Commercial Banking Division handling credit underwriting and managing a credit portfolio of over $90 million. She also worked in the Treasury Management Sales Division managing relationships with companies whose revenues exceeded $100 million. Ashley is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and is a graduate of Vanderbilt University.
